We’re a coaching service, a group of coaches committed to client success. Whether you’re reading this as a novice with no current competition aspirations or reading this because you KNOW we’ve got a track record of getting the good, great and the best, even better, The Strongman Way does one thing and we do it damn well. We get people Strong.
Strongman, Strongwoman and Powerlifting are our “bread and butter,” we have a proven track record of taking novices to their first competitions and have a team stacked with some of the best lifters in THE WORLD. We’ve also taken some of our athletes to their first novice competitions through to their first worlds.
If you’re here, if you’ve landed on this page, the chances are you know EXACTLY what we do, you’ve seen the shirts at comps, you’ve seen the coaches helping their athletes and you’ve heard that we’re the best around, we don’t say this lightly - but we’re proud of what we do and proud of how we do it.

How do I cancel, and is there a cancellation period? You can cancel at any time after your initial 8 weeks with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Just contact your coach to arrange it.

What level of athlete do you work with? We coach all levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes aiming for the podium. Programming is tailored to your experience and goals.

How do I communicate with my coach? You’ll have direct access to your coach through WhatsApp. Weekly check-ins, video analysis and ongoing support ensure you stay on track and are all provided directly with your coach through WhatsApp.

I’ve never trained in powerlifting or strongman before. Are you the right fit for me? Absolutely! We specialise in helping beginners build a strong foundation while also pushing advanced athletes to new levels.

What equipment do I need for online programming? This depends on your program, but most training can be done with access to a standard gym. If you have specific equipment limitations, we can adjust accordingly but if aiming to compete in Strongman/Woman we recommend at least 1 day access to a suitable gym.
