This program is designed to get anyone interested started in the right direction with SM.
It utilizes a combination of heavy compound static movements for strength with the dynamic movements specific to Strongman.
Alongside the staples of any strength program; Squat, Bench, Deadlift & Overhead (or variations of) you'll be playing with the Yoke, Farmers, Stones, Tyres and a bunch of other iconic Strongman movements.
Great for those wanting to start in strongman, or those who want some variety in their strength programming. This system strikes a middle line between building base strength and getting accustomed to the odd objects used in SM styled training.
