This program is designed for those training or competing in strongman, simply to get them better at Strongman and stronger for Strongman.
It utilizes a combination of heavy compound static movements moving from least specific to most specific over a 12 week period.
Alongside the staples of any strength program; Squat, Bench, Deadlift & Overhead (or variations of) you'll be playing with the Yoke, Stones, Logs and a bunch of other iconic Strongman movements.
Great for those keen to step it up with their Strongman training OR strength training incorporating the SM implements.
